1. I'd like to start using the loyalty program. How does it work?

- The loyalty program is a way for you to reward your customers for their patronage and keep them coming back for more. Your customers earn points on to their card based on the amount of their purchase and a pre-determined ratio (by default $1=1 point). These points can be accumulated and later be redeemed for whatever you decide. Alternatively, the points can automatically be deducted when it reaches a set point limit and a set dollar amount is added back to their card for use in your business.

2. I have more than one clerk at my business. How do I set up individual clerk numbers for them to use?

- You will need to log in to your online account. From there pull down the drop-down menu for Actions and select Manage Clerks. A new window will open and you can change existing clerks by clicking on the number or add new ones by clicking Add New and entering the information below. The clerk numbers may be anywhere from 1 to 4 digits. Also you may set a security level for the clerk. Normal allows them to add value or redeem value and Limited only allows them to redeem value.

3. I am going to switch credit card processors. What do I need to do for the gift/loyalty card program?

- The World Gift Card program runs completely processor independant. You are welcome to choose any processor you wish and keep the World Gift Card program. The one thing you need to be aware of is if the new processor will be providing a new terminal for you to use then you will need to be sure that it is a terminal that is compatible with the World Gift Card program. All existing balances, transactions, etc. are retained on our server.
