1. I have a gift card for a business that has gone out of business. How do I receive a refund?

- The issuing merchant is the one responsible for any balance left on the card. The funds for the card are paid directly to the merchant and never come through World Gift Card. You will need to contact the business in regards to receiving a refund. If you are unable to contact them the next best thing would be to contact your local Better Business Bureau.

2. The balance on my card has changed and I have not used the card?

- Click here and enter your card number to view a history of transactions on you card. Questions outside of this will need to be directed to the merchant directly.
